Staff Project Engineer

We're looking for a Staff Project Engineer to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex manufacturing transfer projects and ensure seamless transitions that maintain product quality and compliance. If you're passionate about driving technical excellence and collaborating across multiple functions, this role is for you.

What will you be doing?

• Lead manufacturing transfer deliverables and gate reviews for large-scale or highly complex projects, partnering with receiving site teams to ensure success.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Work on special business-critical projects, independently gathering information and analyzing data to deliver results.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, regulatory, supply planning, procurement, production teams, and suppliers to align objectives and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation for complex processes, ensuring compliance and training others.
• Review engineering studies and process validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ, and write protocols for complex processes.
• Analyze and solve complex technical manufacturing problems, implementing innovative solutions.
• Estimate and justify project-related cost savings and present to leadership.

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with a minimum of eight years of professional experience.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing methods is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and GD&T is beneficial.
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
