*Entry-Level Auto Finance Representative * We are hiring for *three key roles* within our Auto Finance Operations team:
* *Customer Accounts Representative* * *Customer Care Representative* * *Title Associate - Customer Service Support* Candidates should be open to any of these roles. Crosstraining and development opportunities are available across departments. *Customer Accounts Representative* *Schedule* * Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Two late nights per week: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (never on Fridays) * Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM * One week per month: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM with Saturday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM *What You'll Do* * Make courtesy calls to customers who are 1-29 days past due * Assist customers with: * Adding or updating payment methods * Setting up autopay * Resetting passwords * No heavy collections - escalated accounts handled by another team *Customer Care Representative* *Schedule* * Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM *What You'll Do* * Answer inbound calls and assist with: * Account questions * Payment options * Title requests * Website/login issues *Title Associate - Customer Service Support* *Schedule* * Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * You may be scheduled for 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM depending on business needs. *What You'll Do* * Provide internal and external customer service support, including 10-20 inbound and outbound calls per day with customers, dealerships, and DMV offices * Research, analyze, and resolve titlerelated issues, escalating when appropriate * Ensure accurate processing of title documents, lien perfection, and administrative tasks * Identify process gaps or trends and report them proactively * Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail * Collaborate with team members to support departmental performance goals * Work with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality metrics Overtime Requirements * May be required to work up to 3 hours of overtime weekly * Required to work two Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM *What We're Looking For* * *Bachelor's degree required* * *1+ year of customer service experience* (call center preferred) * Strong communication and problemsolving skills * Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail * Basic computer and data entry skills *Experience Level* *Entry-Level* *Job Type & Location* *Contract-to-Hire | Onsite in Irving, TX* *Pay & Benefits* * *Starting pay:* $18.50 - $23.50/hr * Benefits may include: * Medical, dental, vision * 401(k) * Life insurance * Disability coverage * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Paid time off #prioritywest *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
