Financial Readiness Support This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. As a Financial Readiness Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to clients seeking financial assistance and guidance. Your responsibilities will encompass various administrative tasks and client interactions to ensure the smooth operation of our financial readiness program. Key duties include welcoming visitors, screening phone calls, distributing program applications, and assisting clients with paperwork to meet program standards. You will also facilitate client out-processing and contribute to the development of essential documents such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and After Action Reviews (AARs). Moreover, you will be tasked with maintaining program records, utilizing information systems for document uploads, and supporting social media campaigns and community outreach efforts. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, performing administrative duties, and collaborating closely with the Program Manager to meet program objectives. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Financial Readiness Support: $17.20/hour Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
