Primary Responsibilities:
1.Centralized EPIC Role Management oCoordinate all EPIC access requests and maintain security compliance for UM and Appeals. oCollaborate with leadership and IT to keep request forms and dropdowns accurate. oOpen and track IT tickets, verify training and access alignment. oConduct root cause analysis for recurring access issues and escalate appropriately. 2.Operational & HR Coordination oManage Timekeeper access forms and monitor LOA/start dates. oPartner with HR for smooth return-to-work processes. oSupport onboarding: schedule meetings, set up training (Compass, InterQual), create onboarding schedules. oAssist with interview scheduling and logistics. 3.Technology & Compliance Support oTrack system outages, communicate updates, and open resolution tickets. oOrder equipment for new hires and maintain remote work agreements. oEnsure RN licensure and policy compliance. oManage appeals supplies, badges, building access, parking passes, and departmental expenses. 4.Meeting & Schedule Management oMaintain physician advisor schedules. oFacilitate department meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.
