As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to calls for assistance, document observations, and provide professional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with clinical staff, facility management, and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, documenting observations that may help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, and/or policy concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete required reports and logs, including incident reports, patrol documentation, and shift activity summaries in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
