About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic Global Operations Enablement Director to drive operational excellence, transformation, and governance across all service delivery functions spanning Canada, US, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific regions. This strategic position leverages JLL's global platform, technology, and resources to deliver consistent results and ensure seamless operations across diverse geographic markets.

What You'll Do

Account Governance & Operational Excellence

  • Manage quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and provide strategic oversight across global regions

  • Coordinate account planning and execution spanning multiple geographic markets

  • Ensure data quality assurance and monitoring across all regions

  • Drive process consistency across all service delivery functions globally

  • Oversee contract compliance and management across multiple jurisdictions

  • Lead process standardization initiatives for global operations

  • Champion continuous improvement programs with regional adaptability

  • Provide audit support and coordination across all operating regions

Strategic Execution & Leadership

  • Execute client strategies in partnership with Account Executives across global markets

  • Lead continuous improvement programs from identification through implementation and reporting

  • Champion transformational change by providing essential processes, structures, and tools

  • Manage comprehensive governance structures ensuring accountability across Canada, US, LatAM, and APAC

Communications & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage internal account team communications across global time zones

  • Execute client communications strategy for multi-regional operations

  • Coordinate research delivery (e.g., Real Estate Outlook) with regional market insights

  • Manage external communications releases coordinated across global markets

Team Leadership & Management

  • Business Intelligence:Direct data analytics, reporting, and insights delivery across global regions

  • Communications:Lead internal/external communications strategy and messaging consistency

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across Canada, US, LatAM, and APAC jurisdictions

  • Data Management:Oversee data governance, quality assurance, and security protocols globally

  • Ensure seamless integration between functional teams across regions

Technology & Innovation

  • Optimize and manage Azara platform across global operations

  • Enhance data quality and governance for multi-regional data sets

  • Drive AI adoption and scaling across all geographic markets

  • Partner with client technology organizations to evolve global operations

  • Oversee technology innovation implementation across diverse regulatory environments

Project & Program Management

  • Support large-scale, account-wide projects delivering innovative solutions across all regions

  • Develop clear business cases defining outcomes, scope, and decision-making frameworks

  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership teams while maintaining project oversight

  • Surface capacity and resourcing issues requiring leadership attention

  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural contexts

Required Experience & Skills

  • Expertise in process excellence and project management with global operations experience

  • Strong facilitation and problem-solving capabilities across multiple time zones and cultures

  • Proven experience accelerating transformation and value creation initiatives in multi-regional environments

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business relationships across multiple business lines and regions

  • Track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments across diverse geographic markets

  • Experience with data analytics, business intelligence platforms, and AI implementation preferred

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:

221,800.00 - 255,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
