Role Summary Reporting to the Operations Strategy Manager, the Strategy & Change Management Associate will play a key role within Suffolk's Operational Excellence team, supporting both strategic planning and change management for key initiatives. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing structured thinking to complex challenges while working in the details to make change happen. The Associate will help execute Suffolk's strategy for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with business unit leaders and functional teams across the organization to help design and coordinate the roll out for new tools and processes, with a focus on driving engagement, adoption, and sustained impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about organizational transformation, AI and technology enablement, and supporting teams through change. Responsibilities Change Management & Enablement

Compensation Information The expected salary range for this position (Strategy and Change Management Associate) in US-MA-Boston is between $100,000 and $141,000 USD. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk's total compensation package. Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
