As a Security Officer - Overnight Patrol in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a financial institution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization, manage visitor sign-in processes, and direct guests, vendors, and deliveries according to location-specific requirements.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, monitor alarm panels and/or CCTV systems as assigned, and communicate operational updates to Allied Universal management and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
