Building on our past. Ready for the future.
Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts. We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.

I&E Quality Control Inspector
At Worley, quality is foundational to everything we deliver. As an I&E Quality Control Inspector, you play an integral role in ensuring our projects are executed safely, compliantly, and to the highest technical standards-supporting both today's operational needs and tomorrow's sustainable outcomes.

Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for verifying that electrical and instrumentation materials, installation, and workmanship meet project specifications, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements. Your work directly contributes to the integrity, reliability, and long-term performance of our projects, reinforcing Worley's commitment to delivering sustainable change with precision and accountability.

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for inspecting materials, workmanship, and construction activities to confirm compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety requirements across the project lifecycle.

You collaborate closely with senior inspectors, construction teams, and project stakeholders to identify issues early, troubleshoot challenges, and support effective, timely resolution.

You exercise sound, independent judgment when selecting inspection methods, identifying improvements, and recommending corrective actions, while remaining aligned with company procedures and project objectives.

You ensure all inspection activities and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule, maintaining clear, auditable records that reflect Worley's quality and sustainability standards.

You review completed work for completeness and accuracy, supporting compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

You participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen technical capability, stay current with codes and standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

You provide guidance and share best practices with peers as needed, fostering a collaborative, high-performance quality culture.

You communicate inspection findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, promoting transparency and informed decision-making.

You apply an intermediate understanding of relevant systems, processes, and digital tools used to support quality control and project execution.

What you'll bring to the role
You bring a technical school qualification or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience in electrical and instrumentation quality control or a related discipline.

You demonstrate hands-on experience performing quality control inspections and a solid working knowledge of applicable industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

You are confident making decisions in the field, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in fast-paced, construction-driven environments.

You are proficient in using inspection tools, testing equipment, and documentation systems required to execute quality activities accurately and efficiently.

You communicate clearly and professionally, building effective working relationships across disciplines, contractors, and project teams.

You bring an intermediate understanding of project systems, workflows, and tools, with a mindset aligned to Worley's focus on safety, quality, and sustainability.

Benefits
Feel the energy at Worley with access to a range of benefits including paid-time off, holiday pay (usually 8 per year in the US), and eligibility to participate in the medical, life, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) plan.

If you are motivated by quality, driven by accountability, and want to contribute to projects that balance today's energy needs with a more sustainable future, we invite you to apply and build your career with Worley.
