Hanover Hill Behavioral Health, located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, combines two leaders in health care, in the partnership of Universal Health Services & Lehigh Valley Health Network. This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Partial Hospitalization Program. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Program Manager, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is responsible for the overall functioning of the partial hospitalization program. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of a high-quality treatment program, the overall management of the partial program, supervision of the assigned clinical staff, and participation in the community relations program. The Program Manager, PHP plans, implements, and oversees programs to meet the social and emotional needs of the patients and participates as a member of the multidisciplinary team and the unit community relations team. The Program Manager, PHP will fulfill the role of supervisor for the program.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree is required.
  • State of Pennsylvania level licensure as Social Work / LCSW or Counseling / LPC, required.
  • Five to eight years of related work experience required, more than eight years is preferred.
