The Opportunity:

As we expand into a new manufacturing facility near Arlington, TX, we're offering a rare opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Leader to build a sitelevel program from the ground up. Rather than inheriting existing systems, this role has the opportunity to shape how continuous improvement, problemsolving, and operational excellence are embedded from day one. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to establish strong quality systems, improve processes, and resolve issues quickly and effectively through structured, datadriven problem solving.

The Continuous Improvement Leader will own the site's improvement roadmap and lead initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role facilitates kaizen events, advances daily management practices, and strengthens problemsolving capabilities throughout the organization. In addition, you will oversee highimpact, crossfunctional projects that support strategic objectives and provide leadership support in daily operations and issue resolution. This is a highly visible opportunity for a handson leader who thrives on building systems, developing people, and driving sustainable results in a growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support site leadership in developing and executing the continuous improvement roadmap, including monthly priorities and actionable improvement plans aligned with business objectives

  • Partner with plant leadership to support execution of the Annual Operating Plan, with a strong focus on understanding business metrics and driving highimpact improvements using an 80/20 mindset

  • Lead and support value stream planning and development, including defining futurestate vision, identifying challenges, and executing improvements through A3s and structured problemsolving

  • Manage, track, and report on the portfolio of continuous improvement and kaizen activities across the site

  • Ensure the successful planning and execution of kaizen events by maintaining a dynamic improvement funnel aligned with value streams, daily management, and site priorities

  • Serve as a subjectmatter expert and coach on continuous improvement principles and tools, providing ongoing guidance to leaders and teams

  • Act as a change agent by constructively challenging existing approaches and performance to drive better outcomes

  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvement practices to improve safety, quality, ontime delivery, and to reduce operating costs and inventory

  • Build strong problemsolving capability across the organization by coaching leaders and teams and supporting leadership development programs

  • Conduct and coordinate local training to strengthen organizational understanding and application of continuous improvement tools

  • Continuously develop lean and continuous improvement expertise through ongoing learning and education

  • Lead and manage key crossfunctional projects and improvement programs that support strategic business goals

  • Collaborate with other business units and corporate teams to share best practices and support broader continuous improvement initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferable in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
