Ziegler CAT has an opening for a full-time Product Support Process Administrator provides administrative and technical support for parts, service, and warranty operations. This role ensures compliance with product support policies, assists users with system-related issues, and supports process improvements across multiple platforms. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to parts, service, and warranty operations personnel.

  • Receive, investigate, and resolve all product support "help" calls promptly.

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reporting jobs and distribute output.

  • Retrieve and analyze system data for various users to support decision-making.

  • Create and maintain product support summaries and documentation.

  • Maintain and update the SharePoint site for product support resources.

  • Review and track project status; communicate updates to management.

  • Deliver training in one-on-one, group, or virtual (Teams) settings on existing and new systems.

  • Assist in system upgrade testing prior to production implementation.

  • Develop and maintain documented procedures and processes for product support.

  • Perform branch reviews and provide feedback for process improvements.

  • Assist in developing and communicating new user procedures.

  • Participate in new software and process rollouts.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.

  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of administrative or user support experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Personal Attributes: Problem-solving, efficiency, planning and organization, teamwork, and adaptability.

Travel:

  • Up to 10%.

The pay range for this position is

$26.85 to $32.21

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
