We are seeking a talented individual to support the operational execution of sophisticated email marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing and operations managers to bring strategic visions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives and advance best-in-class digital marketing practices.

**What You'll Do:**

* Design and code compelling emails for use in enterprise-wide marketing campaigns.

* Configure audience targeting, build campaigns, manage approvals, conduct thorough testing, and deploy emails, while also assisting with performance reporting using various marketing tools.

* Support the execution of digital and content marketing strategies aimed at raising awareness, deepening engagement, and increasing demand for offerings across digital platforms.

* Develop a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and other measurement methods to inform optimization strategies, drive efficient results, and enhance engagement, acquisition, and retention in alignment with business objectives.

* Participate in departmental projects and initiatives focused on establishing top-tier digital marketing practices throughout the company.

* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team's goals.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Proficiency in HTML and CSS coding specifically for email.

* A passion for the creative design process and the development of effective email marketing strategies.

* Two or more years of digital marketing experience, with a preferred focus on email marketing.

*Prior experience with a major email service provider.

* A reliable and collaborative individual who excels at working effectively and positively with both internal departments and cross-functional teams.

* Experience working with marketing technology platforms and data analysis.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong time and project management abilities.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $24 to $26. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
