In this pivotal role, you will serve as the dual diagnosis lead for the state centers, oversee the Therapeutic Recovery Team, and act as a key liaison with the Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. This role requires strong leadership and management expertise, as well as a dedication to guiding a mobile, interdisciplinary consultative team to ensure exceptional services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and dual-diagnosis mental health needs across state centers and other locations throughout Pennsylvania. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will oversee clinical and professional staff who provide services to individuals living in the state centers. You will ensure thorough clinical assessments are completed for new admissions and lead the coordination and planning of services related to admissions, behavioral consultations, and discharges. Responsibilities include directing and delivering training requested by state centers, as well as responding to training needs identified by other organizations. You will work closely with state and private service providers while supervising a mobile team of clinical and professional staff. Additionally, as a member of the Bureau of State Operated Facilities leadership team, you will contribute to the development of policies, initiatives, and strategic goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Human Services Program Executive 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Five years of professional experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations, including three years of consultative or supervisory experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes three years of professional consultative or supervisory experience in the development, implementation, or evaluation of a human services program or program operations.
