Position Summary The Operations Leadership Program Associate will participate in an 18 month Leadership Development Program (LDP) to develop for future operations leadership roles within Parker Hose Products Division. The program consists of several rotations in one facility, including lean transformation, supply chain and operations leadership. Special training in EHS, lean six-sigma, leading high performance teams, labor law and coaching for high performance. The OLP will work cross-functionally to develop deep level understanding of business operations and to impact Parker's Win Strategy objectives of Profitable Growth, Financial Performance, Customer Service and Empowered Employees while continuously maintaining the highest degree of safety, customer service, delivery, quality, and cost.
