You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a strong visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and document and report unusual activity. You will also support access control and respond to incidents with clear communication and customer service, working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that always acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct armed patrol duties, including regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter routes, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at entry points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, monitoring deliveries, and directing individuals to the appropriate check-in processes while following site requirements for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, medical events, suspicious activity, and/or disturbances, and notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate observations and incident information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives, and follow post orders related to armed post conduct, equipment accountability, and use-of-force guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
