1st Shift Painter

Is used in any of the following positions, shipping, painter, pulls line, line load and unload and final inspection and cleaning of trays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Employee must be able to satisfactorily perform all duties and responsibilities referenced in the work instructions for this position.

Inspect part quality from previous operation and moves unpainted and painted trays to the next operation.

Perform final cleaning and inspection prior to shipping.

May be called on to load or unload line, paint and ship trays.

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or general education degree (GED; or one to three months related experience and/ or training); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
