What you'll do

As the partner landscape becomes increasingly digital, AI-driven, and collaborative, this role will shape how partners experience the Docusign ecosystem across all motions and segments-delivering a cohesive, end-to-end partner experience at scale and globally. You will redefine the partner journey through intelligent, intuitive, and empowering digital experiences that enable every partner to succeed.

We are seeking a Director of Partner Digital Transformation & Success to elevate how partners engage, learn, co-sell, and grow with Docusign through next-generation digital and AI-driven experiences, including guided onboarding, intelligent content discovery, and personalized learning and enablement. This leader will champion partner-centric innovation-making it easier, faster, and more intuitive for partners to build and scale success with Docusign.

This role is ideal for a leader who blends a deep understanding of AI-enabled and agentic experiences with a passion for partner enablement, ecosystem collaboration, and shaping the future of digital partnerships.

This role requires a hands-on builder and operator who has designed, built, and scaled agentic AI platforms-from strategy and architecture through implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact. You will not only envision the future partner experience, but actively shape, build, and operationalize it.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success.

Responsibility

  • Define and drive a holistic digital transformation strategy for the partner ecosystem, focused on empowering partners with intuitive, intelligent experiences

  • Create a clear vision for how AI and digital tools enhance partner learning, co-selling, solution-building, and long-term success

  • Lead the integration of Agentic AI platforms that simplify partner workflows, personalize engagement, and provide on-demand guidance, insights, and resources

  • Champion the adoption of AI tools that help partners be more autonomous, informed, and effective in driving joint business

  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners listening to their needs and translating them into AI-enabled experiences that remove friction and unlock new opportunities

  • Partner with internal teams to create solutions that strengthen communication, collaboration, and value creation across the ecosystem

  • Develop high-impact enablement programs e.g. training, workshops, digital learning, and in-platform guidance to help partners fully leverage new AI and digital capabilities

  • Lead the cultural shift toward more digital, data-informed, and collaborative partner interactions

  • Collaborate with docusign technology services team, partner teams, product, and executive leadership to ensure digital initiatives reflect partner needs and enhance the overall partner journey

  • Serve as a voice of the partner in shaping platform roadmaps and experience improvements

  • Establish KPIs that track partner engagement, digital experience quality, AI adoption, and overall ecosystem health

  • Use partner feedback and data insights to refine and evolve digital capabilities and enablement programs


Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.


What you bring

Basic

  • 12+ years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated success designing, building, and deploying agentic AI platforms or advanced AI-driven experiences to improve partner engagement, with strong data and analytics skills to define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate insights into measurable improvements in partner experience

  • Experience in partner enablement, partner ecosystem strategy, or customer success, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders

Preferred

  • Ability to simplify complex technologies into compelling value propositions for partners.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills

  • Ability to lead change, inspire adoption, and shape partner behavior through digital and AI-led experiences.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field

  • MBA degree

  • Deep, hands-on technical skills, including the ability to code and build AI systems


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $157,500.00 - $254,350.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $151,200.00 - $213,600.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $151,200.00 - $222,450.00 base salary

Washington DC: $157,500.00 - $222,450.00 base salary

Ohio: $131,900.00 - $186,275.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
