We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of HR & Employee Support Center Operations Specialist within our HR & Employee Support group based in Houston, TX. This role reports to the Employee & HR Support Manager. The HR & Employee Support Operations Specialist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality HR operational support and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience. This role serves as a primary point of contact for HR and Workday-related inquiries, manages employee lifecycle transactions, and partners closely with HR Technology and Human Capital Management (HCM) teams to optimize processes and system functionality. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong expertise in HR operations, Workday HCM, and customer-focused service delivery.
