As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and service calls. This is a driving post, so you will use a company vehicle to check designated areas, document activity, and deliver professional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific, security-related procedures and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or telecom location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the building, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, support guest check-in and/or badge processes, and report unusual activity according to site protocols.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to site leadership, and support security-related investigations as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security experience is required.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
