The Senior Manager, Supplier Performance Management leads the global strategy, governance, and execution of supplier performance programs across all categories and regions. The role ensures suppliers meet expectations in quality, delivery, cost, service, innovation, ESG, and risk mitigation. This leader partners crossfunctionally with Category Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Supplier Quality, Legal, IT, and Finance to drive continuous improvement and maximize value delivery.
