The Office of Career Development & Professional Engagement empowers students and alumni to explore professional possibilities and navigate lifelong career development. Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Employer Development & Engagement, the Assistant Director manages and implements the campus recruiting program for the Office of Career Development & Professional Engagement and is a liaison with recruiters and organizations interested in recruiting W&M students and alumni through in-person and virtual career activities. Core areas of responsibility include: The Assistant Director will work autonomously with limited supervision and direction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The position will work with a diverse group of constituents, including employers, alumni, faculty, students, and university staff and administrators. The Assistant Director will help foster a culture of belonging that embraces all people and perspectives. This position is based in Williamsburg and is expected to work in the office on campus.
