Your Opportunity: TechSource is hiring a part-time Intern to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Enriched Uranium Modernization (NA-192.3). It's a 20 - 24 hours per week role, with all worked in the office, which is located at the DOE Forrestal Building in Washington, DC. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide support to the NA-192.3 Executive Director and Deputy Director, with schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance and key fiscal year achievement reporting. * Lead records management process for NA-192.3 office and maintain processes in accordance with guidance provided by the NNSA Records Management office. * Coordinate correspondence and action items, including preparing, editing, and uploading documents. * Assist in drafting and editing of strategic and external facing documents, including for Congress, the executive branch, and the Government Accountability Office. * Participate in and assist with the facilitation of NA-192.3 meetings, providing status and recommendations, tracking actions, and facilitating interactions. * Performed special projects, as assigned. * US citizenship required. * Bachelor's degree required. Must be either pursuing or has completed an advanced degree in a STEM field, international relations, public policy, or related field. * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Keen organizational, detail-orientation, and administrative skills. * Interest in the nuclear security enterprise and nuclear deterrence policy. * Ability to work onsite at Forrestal building. Preferred Qualifications and Experience: * Active DOE Q or DoD Top Secret security clearance. | |
