This is a US-based remote position that will start as a 3-4 month engagement and could extend up to 18 months.

Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven improvements and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI/ML to optimize performance across the organization.

Role Overview & Impact

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support metrics and reporting for Digital Global Support. We are planning to leverage AI/ML to aid in these service improvement decisions. Our centralized reporting platform, Digital Nervous System (DNS), is based on Microsoft Fabric and utilizes the capabilities to get, store, analyze, develop, and visualize data from ServiceNow and other enterprise sources to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and update documentation for the Digital Nervous System (DNS) reporting platform
  • Design, build, and enhance reports and dashboards using single or multiple data sources
  • Create solutions to get, store, and visualize data from new sources
  • Build AM/ML solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies for problem management
  • Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance (UAT) to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Improve dashboard usability and interactivity based on end user feedback-user feedback
  • Deliver recurring training sessions to help stakeholders understand and consume DNS metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support new reporting solutions and enhancements


Required Skills & Experience



  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services
  • Experience using Azure Machine Learning for creating no-code/low-code solutions
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including data visualization, modeling and DAX
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Kusto Query Language (KQL)
  • Experience in data analytics or reporting roles
  • Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to quickly understand data models and structures from enterprise applications
  • Experience conducting UAT for reports, dashboards, and metrics
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow backend data and ITSM modules


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Familiarity with concepts and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in data analysis.
  • A proactive approach to identifying data-driven solutions and process improvements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate insights.
