**Your Impactful Contributions Will Include:**

* Developing and executing comprehensive community engagement strategies to foster open communication and build trust with diverse local residents, businesses, and organizations.

* Creating compelling educational materials and presentations to increase awareness and understanding of advanced transportation technology, safety protocols, and the benefits it brings to communities.

* Planning and coordinating impactful community events, workshops, and information sessions to actively engage with residents and gather their input on initiatives.

* Monitoring and analyzing key community engagement metrics, including user feedback and event participation, leveraging data insights to inform strategy and optimize community-building efforts.

* Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, product, and policy, to ensure community initiatives are fully aligned with broader company goals and priorities.

**What You Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, urban planning, or a related field.

* 4 to 6 years of experience in community engagement, communications, or a related field, preferably within the technology or transportation industry.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.

* Strong project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and consistently drive results.

* Demonstrated experience with local government processes and community dynamics.

* A genuine passion for sustainable transportation and a commitment to making a positive impact on communities.

* An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.

* Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working both independently and as a collaborative team member in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Knowledge of transportation policy.
