Our leading fintech client is seeking a Paid Media Creative Operations Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between creative agencies, legal teams, and paid media execution, ensuring seamless asset delivery and compliance across all campaigns. This role will manage end-to-end creative workflows, including scheduling agency briefings, overseeing creative agency relationships, coordinating legal and brand compliance reviews, delivering final assets to media partners, and maintaining organized creative libraries and approval systems. The specialist will also support project and stakeholder management across the paid marketing team, driving alignment and timely execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in marketing operations or project management, with agency experience or extensive agency collaboration, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:



  • Manage end-to-end creative workflows for all paid media assets, ensuring timely briefing, development, review, and delivery of a high volume of ads.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between creative agencies, legal/brand review teams, and paid media partners to collect feedback, track approvals, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate and submit creative assets for legal and brand compliance review, ensuring all requirements are met prior to launch.
  • Own creative schedules and timelines, maintaining accurate tracking and status updates to support on-time delivery to media teams.
  • Deliver final, approved creative assets to media partners and internal media teams according to campaign requirements.
  • Maintain organized creative documentation, trackers, and approval systems using Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools.


What You'll Bring:



  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong background in creative operations, including managing creative workflows, approvals, and asset delivery for paid media campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating with creative agencies and cross-functional teams, coordinating across multiple partners to ensure alignment and on-time execution.
  • 4 years of experience
  • Bachelors Degree in a relative field or relevant experience


Nice to Have:



  • Experience contributing to large-scale, full-funnel paid media campaigns
  • Hands-on involvement in creative projects and creative management
  • Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Figma


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.89 to $38.77 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
