Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $34.89-38.77 Hourly $34.89-$38.77 hr W2+benefits+match 401K Start Date: 03/16.26 Our leading fintech client is seeking a Paid Media Creative Operations Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between creative agencies, legal teams, and paid media execution, ensuring seamless asset delivery and compliance across all campaigns. This role will manage end-to-end creative workflows, including scheduling agency briefings, overseeing creative agency relationships, coordinating legal and brand compliance reviews, delivering final assets to media partners, and maintaining organized creative libraries and approval systems. The specialist will also support project and stakeholder management across the paid marketing team, driving alignment and timely execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in marketing operations or project management, with agency experience or extensive agency collaboration, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
