Nurse (RN) Manager Opportunity - Behavioral Health River Park Hospital is searching for an experienced nurse leader for our full time Nurse Manager position. This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus! River Park Hospital operates a 165-bed licensed mental health facility serving the needs of patients of all ages. Our mission is to assist patients in returning to their lives with the highest level of mental health. We offer a full spectrum of programs, which include acute inpatient services for older children, adolescents, adults and older adults. River Park was recently recognized as a Top Performer by Joint Commission and maintains the highest standards for quality care. Website: https://riverparkhospital.net/ TheNurse Manager (RN)assumes twenty- four hour responsibility for management, delivery and coordination of care for the assigned unit(s). This includes the assessment, planning, provision, and evaluation of patient care and nursing services for assigned nursing units. Consults with the Director of Nursing, staff, physicians, and other members of clinical administration on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure that patients' needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department(s) and participates in hospital wide PI initiatives. Responsible for mentoring RNs, LPNs, MHTs and other clinical staff as needed.
