Microsoft Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO&I) seeks anewDirector, Energy Portfolio Analytics focused on leading a team responsible fordelivering the business analytics and actionable insights related to load and resource planning, our obligations to the grid and our partners, and energy market dynamicsrequiredtooperateand scale one of the world's largest corporate energy portfolios.A successful candidate will have experience leading high-performing teams and a strong understanding of the utility industry,large loadenergy management, resource planning,andelectricity market structures. Theywill have the ability toidentifyand solve problems, collaborate with cross-functional leaders todrive scalable solutions. They will bring an innovative, collaborative presence to the roleto enableenergy analytics to scale with confidence and responsibly grow our portfolio. This role willbe required to lead a high impact team that develops strategies and collaborates with internal partners to advance Microsoft's energy anddata centerinfrastructure. #COICIA Sourcing Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
