Role Description: As a Product Manager III, you will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a product or product line that delivers meaningful value to our business and customers. You will serve as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring solutions align with Safety National's strategic objectives while meeting evolving market and stakeholder needs. In this role, you will define and communicate a compelling product vision, identify opportunities and risks through thoughtful analysis, and translate business objectives into clear, prioritized features and epics. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, business architecture, and senior leaders to drive alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), proactively initiating discovery efforts and influencing direction using data and customer insights. You will create and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances short-term delivery with long-term outcomes. By managing portfolio epics, value-add initiatives, and dependencies, you will ensure stakeholders remain aligned and informed. Your leadership will extend to backlog management, ensuring that prioritized work is clearly defined, strategically aligned, and ready for execution. With a strong customer focus, you will monitor product performance, define and analyze key performance indicators, and iterate based on feedback, experimentation, and market trends. You will proactively seek input from users and business partners, test hypotheses, and use both leading and lagging indicators to inform next steps. As a trusted leader and coach, you will foster cross-functional collaboration, guide teams through complex problem-solving, and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and executive leadership. The target base salary range for this position is $111,650.00 to $144,000.
