Compensation: $28.21 - $35.89 / hour based on skills and experience. Position SummaryThe Clinical Support Coordinator, provides advanced administrative and operational coordination for clinical education activities within the College of Nursing. This position primarily supports the Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) program - including its multi-site clinical partnerships - while providing designated clinical operations support to the Master's Entry into Nursing Practice (MENP) program. Reporting administratively to the AGACNP Program Chair and maintaining a functional reporting relationship with the MENP Program Chair, the Coordinator oversees clinical rotation logistics, onboarding processes, compliance tracking, and student-facing communication across both programs. In alignment with the AGACNP program's growth trajectory, the Coordinator provides operational and strategic support for clinical operations initiatives, actively participates in partnership engagement efforts, and coordinates multi-site program activities that enhance clinical capacity and student placement outcomes. The Coordinator supports the efficient execution of clinical education by maintaining organized documentation aligned with accreditation and regulatory standards, tracking affiliation agreements and site requirements, assisting with preceptor coordination, and maintaining key clinical education systems and databases. This full-time (37.5 hours per week) position is designed to support program growth, operational consistency, and student readiness for clinical practice through proactive coordination and attention to detail.
