Summary
The Processing Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance activities associated with the processing operations. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing maintenance, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a commitment to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all processing equipment and systems. The Processing Maintenance Manager will lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians while ensuring the effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. This role is also responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, minimizing equipment downtime, optimizing asset reliability, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production, engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure the processing equipment supports operational performance, product quality, and company goals. * Bachelor's Degree preferred in Maintenance Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent education and relevant work experience will also be considered. The salary range for this full-time position is $95,000.00 - $150,700.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
