What to Expect
The Tooling, Process & Trainingteamis responsible for developing and proliferatingcustom serviceandcommissioningtoolinghardware toassistin the rapid development and maintenance ofTeslaEnergy's storage and charging solutions along with training of individuals on these solutions. This skilled and motivated individual will help with the creation and coordination of the new hire training program, helping with content creation, delivery of said content, project coordination, and be the liaison with the field service team.
What You'll Do
- Effectively/enthusiastically deliver equipment-specific training toFieldTechnicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments
Provide comprehensive schedule management and tracking oflearners'completed and required training in the Tesla-specific Learning Management software system Work cross-functionally with the Training Systems and Development team to manage content storage andidentifyand trackmeasures-of-successmetrics Support development ofhigh-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with process SMEs

Expected Compensation
$68,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
