Job Summary

The Administrative Support Assistant supports the on-site general administrative and HR functions of a wide variety of tasks. These tasks include AP/Accounting support, HR assistance, vendor relations, filing documents, incoming/outgoing mail and providing general office support.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate routine and general information to managers, employees, vendors and customers about standard processes and procedures using prescribed or established guidelines
  • Ship out packages
  • Scan, file and maintain important documents
  • Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials related to HR
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
  • Place online orders as requested
  • Maintain and update vendor information and invoices
  • Perform routine data entry
  • Event planning
  • Prepare, process, update, and compile routine documents, records, and reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in administration/accounting; however, 3 to 5 years is preferred
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)

Compensation & Benefit Information:

Hourly Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on experience*

*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay:

Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
