The Clinical Engineering / HTM Operations Manager provides operational leadership for the Clinical Engineering program within an Academic Medical Center. The role ensures the safe, compliant, and reliable operation of medical and research-associated devices across inpatient, outpatient, procedural, teaching, and investigational environments.
This position is responsible for day-to-day service delivery, staff leadership, regulatory readiness, and coordination with clinical, academic, research, IT, and facilities stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's Degree required. Experience: 4+ years relevant professional experience, to include 2+ years formal managerial experience required. Licensure: Valid Virginia Driver's License (VADL) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The starting base rate for this role is $84,374.00 annually.
