We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Master Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of Stellantis engineering labs and shops through the development of long-term strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:



  • Developing comprehensive long-term strategies for Stellantis engineering labs and shops.
  • Outlining asset utilization plans to ensure the efficient use of resources.
  • Identifying future capital project needs to support growth and innovation, including the creation of a five-year plan.
  • Breaking down budget requirements for maintenance and operations.
  • Understanding and managing funding allocation to ensure smooth operations.


This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail. If you are passionate about driving growth and innovation through strategic planning, we would love to hear from you.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Business acumen, assertiveness, and willingness to take risks and engage proactively in challenging situations
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to communicate effectively between Engineering stakeholders and Finance


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Extensive knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with asset handling
  • OEM, Automotive Manufacturing or other large enterprise product company experience
  • Automotive development plan knowledge and experience
