Description Lockbox requests are received as change requests. Team members will learn to track requests in multiple systems which includes Excel. Job Duties/Skills: -They will help maintain reports in Excel and Word -Requests are received in AES (Automated Enrollment Solution) across multiple sites. They review the request including attachments to be able to execute the process for the request. MS Word is important in the maintenance of requests process. They will be asked to add information to each request, and at the end of the week balancing requests. -There is a larger Lockbox database, it would be great if they are familiar with workflows, customer details, account specifications etc. If they do not have lockbox specific experience, if they have attention to detail along with Excel skills and ability to learn they may be a fit. -With lockbox exp they would understand the language and how the process flows. Operations Processor 3 is not on the floor similar to the Ops Processor 1. Ideal fits have more investigative and computer skills then the Ops Processor 1. This is less repetitive then the Ops Processor 1. The requests are different and resources are dealing with customer services at a different level, which relates to sales and the client. Therefore email language and communication skills are important.
