Key Responsibilities

This role requires a recruiter with strong external market presence and experience building large-scale talent pipelines across hospitality organizations.

Strategic Partnership & Talent Acquisition Planning



  • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned properties, business functions and corporate leaders
  • Participate in talent acquisition planning discussions, forecasting hiring needs based on business trends, transitions and openings
  • Partner with General Managers and People & Culture Directors to understand talent gaps and recruitment needs
  • Align recruitment strategies with brand standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, independent, etc.)


Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition



  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried and/or leadership roles
  • Conduct intake strategy meetings to align on candidate profile, competencies, and timeline expectations
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, referrals, job boards, networking)
  • Facilitate structured behavioral-based interviewing processes
  • Guide hiring leaders through selection, offer development, and closing strategies
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process


Talent Pipeline & Market Intelligence



  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions
  • Develop strategic talent benches for enterprise-level roles
  • Provide competitive market insights including compensation trends and talent availability
  • Leverage CRM tools and recruitment marketing strategies to support proactive hiring


Data & Performance Management



  • Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-offer, funnel conversion, and source effectiveness
  • Identify trends and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment workflows, disposition processes, and employment legislation
  • Contribute to dashboard reporting and executive-level talent reviews


Recruitment Process Excellence



  • Champion standardized Candidate Selection Workflows (CSW) and Recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Ensure proper use of ATS (UKG Recruiting Gateway) and CRM systems
  • Train and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Participate in TA Excellence initiatives and cross-property alignment projects


Qualifications



  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit environments
  • Proven strong external market presence and experience building large-scale talent pipelines across hospitality organizations
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting leadership-level roles
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into action
  • Experience using ATS systems (UKG preferred) and sourcing platforms
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches across various markets
