As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Rounds in Stafford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and staff at a healthcare location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas such as corridors, lobbies, loading areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support when appropriate and timely notification to site leadership and/or emergency services.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, assist with wayfinding, and follow check-in protocols and reporting requirements established by the location.
• Complete required reports and logs such as patrol observations, incident documentation, and shift handoff notes, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal leadership and/or oncoming staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
