Applicants must: Complete application online. Job Summary: We are seeking experienced First Responders to join our current Plant Protection Team. The Emergency Services Operator primary duty will be resolving emergencies (e.g loss of containment that could result in a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous materials) at the TXO site. During emergencies they will be working under the TXO Incident Command structure and will assist other TXO emergency operators during declared emergencies. The work schedule will be a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (4-5-5, or a 48/36, etc.) to provide 24/7 coverage. This role may also be utilized to cover off shifts for other TXO emergency operators who may not be available due to vacation, illness, or to provide fire standby support. The ideal candidate will be safety focused and have strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. Additional Safety Related Duties:During the time when the emergency services operators are not responding to emergencies, they will work on conducting the following safety related inspections and services at TXO.

Physical Requirements: Physical demands of job include requirement to pass the Firefighter Physical Test (CPAT) initially and periodically and perform the same functions in the event of an emergency.
