Lliaise with the Sales leadership team to drive prioritization of enablement activities based on function and geo-specific needs and ensure field engagement in enablement programs. Work with the Sales Enablement Director, the role translates business priorities and identified knowledge or skill gaps into impactful enablement programs that accelerate sales readiness and performance. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management and Sales Leadership to develop and deliver enablement programs that support key solutions, go-to-market initiatives, and sales motions. Contribute to continuously improving the sales learning experience by introducing engaging delivery methods and modern learning formats that support knowledge retention and application in the field Responsibilities:
Requirements
The pay range for this opportunity is from $135,00 to $165,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance.
