The Quality & Commissioning Manager leads the execution of Interstates' Quality & Commissioning Program across multiple projects, ensuring consistent application of quality standards and commissioning processes. This role partners closely with project teams to plan and execute commissioning activities, conduct audits and inspections, and ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements. The Quality & Commissioning Manager serves as a key point of contact for quality and commissioning matters, supports client relationships, and provides reporting, KPIs, and improvement recommendations to strengthen project performance. In addition, this position provides functional leadership and mentorship to Quality & Commissioning Coordinators while helping advance team capabilities and support future program growth.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Implement project Quality & Commissioning controls per Interstates systems and contracts
  • Plan and execute commissioning activities with project teams
  • Serve as primary quality and commissioning contact for assigned projects
  • Conduct and support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
  • Coordinate corrective actions and verify resolution
  • Review project quality records, commissioning logs, and reports
  • Communicate quality requirements to subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Provide project quality reporting, KPIs, and improvement recommendations
  • Support client relationships on quality and commissioning matters
  • Provide functional leadership and mentoring to Coordinators


Experience and Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of QA/QC, commissioning, or project experience
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections, testing, and commissioning
  • Proven leadership, communication, and multiproject management skills

Travel: Occasional site travel may be required. Travel will vary according to business requirements. Travel should not exceed 35% of your time.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $93,100 to $116,300+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.
