Overview The Analyst (E-Mobility & Demonstration) is responsible for supporting the Companys electric vehicle (EV) program and REV-Demonstration projects with financial operations processes. Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
- Support the Company's managed charging program for commercial electric vehicle (EV) charging stations by downloading, reviewing, analyzing, and managing EV charging data to inform program design and operational decisions, and to meet regulatory requirements.
- Download and aggregate EV charging datasets from multiple sources (e.g., network service provider dashboard, charger-level, meter-level).
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal reporting standards.
- Extract and analyze EV charging data to identify trends in utilization, energy consumption, and charging behavior.
- Conduct trend analysis and develop load profiles and forecasts to support grid planning and managed charging programs.
- Apply statistical and visualization techniques to communicate data findings effectively to various audiences.
- Support assistant program managers and external partners to refine data requirements and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
- May perform other activities as directed by the manager or section manager as needed.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field and 2 years of work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills; ability to raise issues to appropriate management and work collaboratively and accountably, required.
- Demonstrated experience managing departmental responsibilities, researching company policies, and interpreting technical reports to apply findings to realworld scenarios, required.
- Highly organized selfstarter with strong attention to detail and customer service skills, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project), including advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis, required.
- Experience with data analysis tools and large datasets, such as Python, data cleaning techniques, and trend analysis, required.
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and Power Query/Power Automate for advanced data transformation and automation, preferred.
- Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure, energy systems, utility operations, managed charging programs, and demand response, preferred.
- Experience working with EV charging data (chargerlevel, meterlevel, telematics) and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
- The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
