Sonepar Management Group (SMG) supports our Sonepar brands (i.e. operating companies) in the US through a shared services model. These services include, but are not limited to: human resources, finance, digital enterprise, supply chain, vendor relations, marketing, legal, and communications. The SMG teams enable our brands to do business in their local regions while taking advantage of the scale and collective resources of a global enterprise. The Senior Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping intuitive, consistent, and scalable digital experiences that support Sonepar's global business operations. This role combines strategic UX thinking and handson UI execution, ensuring design solutions are grounded in real user needs while directly enabling business outcomes.As a senior member of the Digital Enterprise organization, you will own the endtoend design process for complex, enterprisegrade products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and global stakeholders to deliver solutions that are not only usable and accessible-but operationally effective, consistent, and aligned with Sonepar's brand and longterm digital strategy. Core Competencies Customer & User Focus: Deep empathy for users and a strong understanding of operational pain points.
