As an SVP, Creative Social Strategist, you are perpetually tapped into culture and know how to see what is a trend and what is an opportunity for one of our brands. You lead ideas designed for social, creator platforms and owned channels. You have the instincts of a creative director and the hustle of a creator.

Your job is simple: make work people choose to engage with.

You are equal parts strategist, maker and leader. You spot trends before they peak, move fast and turn cultural signals into ideas that travel. You know how to stop the scroll, start participation and build brands that feel like they belong in culture.

Create Meaningful Impact for Our Clients

Across our big retail account and other major accounts, you're running the show, leading a newsroom where the best idea wins and gets out into the world in the same day. You'll concept, sell and ship timely ideas that break through the noise and actually move people, whether it's a Super Bowl moment the whole world is watching or a Tuesday afternoon when something unexpected blows up in culture. The pace is real. The output is substantial. And the work is the kind people screenshot and send to their friends.



  • Own the creative and social vision across your accounts.
  • Lead culturally sharp, platform-native ideas across owned, creator and occasionally paid ecosystems
  • Run a newsroom that can turn on a dime, for the moments everyone plans for and the ones nobody saw coming

What You Bring



  • 15+ years of experience in social creative, content strategy or a related creative discipline
  • A track record of leading bold, culturally resonant work for major consumer brands at scale
  • Real experience running (or thriving inside) a real-time content or newsroom environment
  • Deep fluency across social platforms, creator ecosystems and formats that didn't exist five years ago
  • The range to lead a brainstorm and a boardroom with equal confidence
  • A portfolio with range - from Super Bowl-sized swings to the nimble, perfectly-timed content that quietly becomes the thing everyone's talking about

Salary Range:$150,000 USD - $260,000 USD

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
