Assistant Restaurant Manager

Full-service | Bar experience required | San Francisco International Airport

• Compensation: $78,000 / year
• Bonus: Quarterly + Year-End Super Bonus

What You'll Do

• Lead FOH + kitchen operations
• Ensure food safety + quality
• Manage cost controls + budgets
• Develop and support your team
• Run systems, scheduling, merchandising
• Solve problems, forecast, report

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership required
• Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant w/ bar management required
• Computer + POS system proficiency
• Strong organizational and people skills
• Culinary background is a plus
• Able to interact across all levels (executives to hourly team)
