The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Dayforce System Administrator Director position will oversee the organization's Technology Services infrastructure, manage system operations, security, and technical teams while developing strategies and policies to ensure system performance, compliance and efficiencies.
Additional Requirement
  • Valid driver's license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead and direct the maintenance and technical support of all organizational systems and applications.
  • Supervise budget responsibilities of staff who manage data systems.
  • Oversee system maintenance tasks including backups, recovery, file management and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee the design, development and implementation.
  • Develop organizational policies and procedures for software integration, installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Implement IT strategies to optimize operations and support business needs.
  • Ensure network and system security through access controls, firewalls, and monitoring. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate software licensing, and oversee procurement of software.
  • Lead Technology Services projects including cloud migrations, system upgrades and integration of new technologies.
  • Establish and oversee comprehensive data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement solution efficiency in CCH properties. Oversee the Technology Steering Committee, which approves technology standards, makes recommendations regarding IT processes, and determines project prioritization.
  • Develop and enforce system security polices, manage access controls and implement data protection measures to safeguard organizational data.
  • Support the HIPAA Security Officer for all programs. Develop and maintain HIPAA security policies and procedures. Collaborate with the HIPAA Privacy Officer regarding routine HIPAA risk assessments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Summary


  • 5+ years of managerial experience in Technology Services with deep knowledge of system upgrades, administration and application integration.



  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.



  • Expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance.



  • Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.



  • Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.



  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, ERP systems, and data analytics.





Education



  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.


$134,700 - $165,600 a year
