Field Supervisor West Palm Beach, FL Pay : $40.00 - $50.00 per hour 26-03531 Job Summary Field Supervisors oversee daily debris monitoring operations in assigned zones, managing field personnel and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements. This role acts as the primary liaison between field teams, operations leadership, and the client. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage Collection and Disposal Monitors in assigned areas Coordinate daily field operations, staffing assignments, and coverage Ensure all monitoring activities comply with: FEMA guidelines Contract requirements Safety regulations Review and validate: Load tickets Field reports Daily activity logs Serve as escalation point for: Operational issues Non-compliance Safety incidents Communicate regularly with Operations Manager and City representatives Conduct field audits to ensure accuracy and consistency of documentation Support daily operational briefings and reporting requirements Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance Qualifications 3+ years of experience in: Field operations Construction, logistics, or similar environments Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple crews in fast-paced environments Preferred Experience Disaster debris monitoring or recovery operations Familiarity with FEMA Public Assistance processes Experience managing field documentation and compliance workflows Work Environment Field-based leadership role Requires mobility across multiple sites Extended hours during active disaster response PPE required at all times #ZR
