KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to support our Product Evaluation Department within the Logistics Center. This role is ideal for dependable, detailoriented individuals who enjoy handson work in a fastpaced environment and want to grow within a company driven by continuous improvement (LEAN) and operational excellence.

As a Logistics Center Associate I, you'll play a vital role in evaluating and processing electromechanical medical devices while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate and process electromechanical medical devices following standard work instructions
  • Ensure all devices meet the highest quality standards before moving forward
  • Verify that all device documentation matches the physical part number and serial number (if applicable) and SAP records
  • Update and install software on designated devices as required
  • Perform SAP transactions related to material handling and product evaluation
  • Support other tasks as assigned by the Product Evaluation Supervisor
  • Crosstrain and provide coverage for other roles within the Product Evaluation Department as needed
  • Follow all safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement guidelines
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard processes
  • Teamoriented mindset with effective communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detailfocused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP systems
Physical Requirements

This is an active, handson role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Perform frequent movement including standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, grabbing, packing, lifting, pushing, and pulling
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs
  • Occasionally lift 30-75 lbs with assistance
  • Occasionally push or pull up to 320 lbs on casters with assistance
  • Use a warehouse ladder to reach shelving when needed
  • Operate a manual pallet jack
  • Use standard office equipment such as computers and copiers
