The salary range for this position is $360,000 to $425,000 annually. Job Summary Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking a dynamic and experienced physician leader to serve as Executive Medical Director for Community Physicians. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for advancing clinical strategy, driving value-based care performance, and strengthening partnerships across our growing community affiliate network.Qualifications The Executive Medical Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of ambulatory care delivery by partnering across clinical, operational, and population health teams to enhance quality, access, equity, and provider experience. Position Overview: This role is responsible for driving performance across affiliate practices, leading practice transformation initiatives, advancing value-based care strategies, and identifying and supporting strategic growth opportunities.
