What It Takes

• Previous experience working with large hydraulic shears a plus
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions
• Forklift license
• Works well with the crew, safety always first

Daily Responsibilities

• Select input materials based on alloy identification
• Report any nonconformances
• Adhere to standards of quality and safety
• Cut material to desired lengths based on next process requirements
• Recognize and report any machine issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
